Feature: Disabled Prop for Listbox/Select

Appreciate all the work that you guys are doing!! Do you all plan on adding a "disabled" prop to the Listbox, which will disable the entire listbox?

I think this is a good idea, especially since you can use this inside of a form where you do want to have control over it. We should also make sure to make it consistent so that we also expose it in the Switch for example.

Can't promise when this will be available, but it's on the backlog!
