The notmyidea theme has a very simple implementation of Piwik support. Would a pull request be welcome that implemented it in Elegant Theme?

I think this would amount to the addition of one include and a copy/paste of the include used in notmyidea.

Ah ha! Just discovered the analytics.html file. I could put PIWIK support in there and we wouldn't need a second include. OTOH, these scripts should probably be put in the footer, and this is in the <head>. I could move it while I was at it.
