you should delete all the files in the data\femnist

run the command directly without doing any other things!!!
leaf/data/femnist/ $> ./preprocess.sh -s niid --sf 0.05 -k 0 -t sample --smplseed 1549786595 --spltseed 1549786796

I run the code on the cloud using the public server.
