Fails to add new type-color annotation after loading from .csv file

Trying to add a new cell-type and assign it with a color fails, and causes a disconnection from the server, In case it's performed on a list of pre-annotated data, loaded as a .csv file, via MCView (Load button).

*the disconnection occurs after pressing the Add button.
