1. This project is an E-Commerce auction site with functionalities similar to eBay.com
2. The specifications include Sign in / Create new account, Create / Close auction listings, Place bids / comments on listings, Add / Remove listings to watchlist, See listing according to categories, etc.
3. It also involves a Django based admin interface, by which the site administrator should be able to view, add, edit, and delete any listings, comments, and bids made on the site.
