As a follow up for PR #369 that changed the mic drag behaviour to click to toggle,

We need to make some more enhancements to the UI:

There should be a tooltip when hovering mic icon, that suggests the user to "Click to start recording". Refer Improve Mic UX #369 (review)
The mic icon should be animated as mentioned at https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-1071785533-microphone-signal-animated-icon-animation-4k-green
