LoI Production branch master

This release merges the LLR corrected and restructured branches into master, as well as adding functionality for processing and combining LLR runs on an HPCC, via the new package pisa/processing.

LoI Production branch

This version is used to make the plots for the LoI, for the LLR Analyses as well as the studies using the Fisher and Markov Chain Monte Carlo analyses. This is not a full production branch yet, as there are many places the code could use some cleaning up and re-structuring, and even perhaps some improvements to the ways things are being done. But time is of the essence on producing the results for the LoI and pretty much everything takes a back seat to expediency right now.
