Fix for new Vietnam server prefix: vn_VN -> vi_VN

Choose one version before download

  1. Portable version (vo_helper.exe): This executable version is built by Nuitka and is being falsely flagged as virus, add it to exclusions in your antivirus softwares.
  2. Source version (vo_helper.py): Install python3 latest version and you can run .py file directly, no need to worry about antivirus softwares.
