Chrome
Because the Web Store has not yet approved the extension for the web store, you'll have to do a few additional steps to install it on desktop chrome.
- Unzip
web3-to-butt (Chrome).zip. There should be a folder with amanifest.jsoninside and several other files. - Open the Extension Management page by navigating to chrome://extensions.
- Enable Developer Mode by clicking the toggle switch next to Developer mode.
- Click the Load unpacked button and select the unzipped extension folder.
Safari
Because the App Store has rejected the app for Testflight distribution, you'll have to do a few additional steps to install it on desktop Safari.
- Unzip
web3-to-butt (Safari).zip. There should be a .app. - Enable the
Developmenu in the Safari menu bar, choose Safari > Preferences, click Advanced, then select “Show Develop menu in menu bar.” - Select
Develop>Allow Unsigned Extensionsin the menu (it's all the way at the bottom). - Launch
web3-to-butt.app - Click
Quit and open Safari preferences... - In Safari > Preferences > Extension, check the checkbox next to web3-to-butt in the sidebar
- You should see the
web3-to-butt🍑 icon in the toolbar on top with a warning symbol. - Click on it, and allow on all websites.
- You can now hide the 🍑 icon by right clicking the icon > Customize Toolbar... and dragging it off.
