mkdd memory card editor

a tool to edit memory card settings / unlockables / times

to use:

1. get a .gci file, usually from Dolphin Emulator
2. open it up in the memory card editor via menu option or control + o
3. make your changes. it may take a second for tabs to load while switching between them.
4. save via menu option or control + s
5. a .gci file with the name of the inputed file +.gci will be created
