alphabet-translator

Translate latin, cyrillic(Bulgarian, Ukrainian or Macedonian), Greek alphabets to each other

Installation

Install the library

npm i alphabet-translator

Usage

Currently you have 4 language choices but more are coming!

1- 'cyrillic-macedonian' 2- 'cyrillic-bulgarian' 3- 'cyrillic-ukrainian' 4- 'greek'

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator(string, targetLanguage, originalLanguage)

targetLanguage is 'greek' and originalLanguage is 'latin' by default!

Examples

For latin to latin to cyrillic-macedonian;

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator('sinus', 'cyrillic-macedonian')
//output 'синус'

For latin to cyrillic-bulgarian;

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator('hello', 'cyrillic-bulgarian')
//output 'хeллo'

For latin to cyrillic-ukrainian;

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator('translator', 'cyrillic-ukrainian')
//output 'tрaнслatoр'

For latin to greek;

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator('alphabet', 'greek')
//output 'αλπηαβετ'

For greek to latin;

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator('oζαν', 'latin', 'greek')
//output 'ozan'

For greek to cyrillic-ukrainian;

const alphabetTranslator = require('alphabet-translator')

alphabetTranslator('σινψσ', 'cyrillic-ukrainian', 'greek')
//output 'сiнус'
