This project contains three-fold functionalities.

A Google Chrome extension for smoothly surfing on many websites blocking visitors outside mainland China.
You can find this extension on Chrome Web Store at http://ub.uku.im/chrome

A local proxy server based on the non-blocking Node.js for bypassing the mainland restriction for other browsers and mobile devices (but not guaranteed).

A backend server to support the redirection mode of the Chrome extension.
