In v15.0.0 since v14.1.2

With this release of generic-worker, we now have three unique engines:

  • simple
  • multiuser
  • docker

The generic-worker source code README.md provides information about these
different engines, together with updated installation instructions.

This should mostly be a no-op change for Windows/Linux, but due to the large
codebase refactoring and internal reorganisation of code, the major version
number has been bumped to 15.
