[UI] Filter not retained on page reload

Describe the bug
Bug or behavior to change.
Filtering tasks by status (running, failed, etc.) disappears once you reload the page

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a task group
2. Click on "running"
3. Reload the page

Expected behavior
I should still see only the list of tasks in "running" state.

Platform (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. windows]: Linux
• Browser if applicable [e.g. firefox, safari]: Firefox
• Version if applicable [e.g. 57]: Nightly 72
