Patched scripts to enable dev mode in Titanfall 2

Installation

Download the latest VPK from the releases page
Backup your englishclient_frontend.bsp.pak000_dir.vpk in the Titanfall2/vpk directory and copy the new files to Titanfall2/vpk
Add -dev +developer 1 to the Command line arguments in Origin and launch Titanfall 2
