Note: you will need to remove or restore your old VPKs before adding this to avoid compatibility issues.

Using the new VPK tool only the Files that were changed or added get added to the VPK so they are a lot smaller and easier to pack since I don't need to pack the entire englishclient_frontend.bsp.pak000_dir.vpk.
