Previously downloading Gopher binaries caused w3m to get stuck in do_download mode, this is fixed in this patch.
Also included is support for item types 5 and I. Former is the DOS binary type and acts like item type 9, the latter is images in an unspecified format which we first try to detect and if that fails fallback to png.
