This adds a Nuxt 3 template.

Just a heads-up, it probably won't be merged, see #258

Well that's annoying. Also wouldn't it be better with MORE templates, but splitting the options up a bit so you first select JS/TS/Rust, then Vue/React/Svelte, then finally within those things like Nuxt. That's what I'd do anyway (might have to create my own little side project I guess)
