Background colour when dragging a run sheet item

As of the most recent version, items in a run sheet have a distinct background colour, different to the page background. But when you drag an item within the run sheet, the in-transit item does not have that background colour. It'd be better if it did. Maybe it could also have a border so it looks more 'substantial'.
