Annual update for training data

Def no rush, but can you make the training dashboard sortable by year before the summer (given that we only really need to see one year of training data at a time and they are unrelated to anything else). Maybe an additional dropdown option (year) on the first tab? And will need it to flow to crew & download tabs as well.
