The License for Lazarus is the same modifying LGPL with static linking exception as the LCL.

The License for Delphi is commercial.

1. License for Lazarus
The source code of the OnlineDataProc for Lazarus is distributed under the GNU
Lesser General Public License (see the file LGPL.2.1.txt) with the
following modification:

As a special exception, the copyright holders of this library give you permission to link 
this library with independent modules to produce an executable, regardless of the
 license terms of these independent modules,and to copy and distribute the resulting 
executable under terms of your choice, provided that you also meet, for each linked 
independent module, the terms and conditions of the license of that module. An 
independent module is a module which is not derived from or based on this library.
If you modify this library, you may extend this exception to your version of the library, 
but you are not obligated to do so. If you do not wish to do so, delete this exception 
statement from your version.

2. The License for Delphi
PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS 
SOFTWARE, YOU INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE

and Yang JiXian. This software may be used by a single developer who uses the software 
personally on one or more computers.

The software is owned by Yang JiXian and is protected by international copyright laws 
and treaty provisions. You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy of the 
software or any copy of the written materials, if any, accompanying the software. 

The license grants using OnlineDataProc for a single person. The license grants you a 
non-exclusive right to compile, reproduce, and distribute any new software programs 
created using OnlineDataProc. You can distribute OnlineDataProc only in compiled 
executable programs.

All units, source code, and other files remain exclusive property.
