The JavaDoc generated for 0.10.0 Beta 1 does only contain images and manifest, but no HTML, see
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/odftoolkit/odfdom-java/1.0.0-BETA1/odfdom-java-1.0.0-BETA1-javadoc.jar

The 'mvn install ' on the master does not create complete JavaDoc JARs (tested for ODFDOM), either.

@mistmist You had recently taken a look at the JavaDoc (not related to JAR) would you mind taking another look in this area? ;-)

Also remove duplicate javadoc plugin from pom.xml and revert change to
copy-javadoc.sh because it's now again generated in the expected dir.
