For Novell Employees from the Filr, GroupWise, eDirectory teams to login and receive text and/or email notifications regarding new Service Requests that enter the work queue. This is aimed for an employee covering an evening, weekend, or Holiday shift for receiving notifications instead of having to personally monitor the queue through a VPN.
