amazonプラグインにて、PA-APIが返してくるJSONをパースしていなかった。キャッシュから読んだときだけパースしていたので、2回目以降の呼び出しにて正常に動作する(つまりリロードすると直るので気づかなかった)。
Herokuのようなキャッシュが長期間持続しない環境で発生しやすい。
