Rename ScientificName information element to the more general Name information element.
This would make it easier to include the names of various different kinds of specimens, such as species name for plants, animals and fossils, registration names for meteorites and minerals, and names of rocks.
The definition of Name remains strict insofar as the name must be the scientifically accepted and/or registered name according to the appropriate nomenclatural code, as known at the time of digitization or as subsequently amended.

2nd TG meeting on 2021-01-07 agreed to change the title of info element #12 from ScientificName to Name.
It was agreed that at this level (MIDS-1) the name should be the name of the specimen under which it is stored and catalogued i.e., the filing name, the name label, the object name. This name can be the same as the accepted scientific name assigned through identification but is not always the case.
At MIDS-2 an identification/interpretation info element will be needed. See MIDS element #30.
