Describe the bug

when creating a capsule for ngx accordion - utils and collapse containing an auto-generated index.js files. they are redundant

Steps to Reproduce

  1. running the custom ng-packager compiler on ngx/accordion
  2. look into the capsule

Expected Behavior

There shouldn't be index.js files in collapse and utils components.

Specifications

  • Bit version: master
  • Node version: 10
  • Bit compiler (include version): custom
