Modified the attribute in data.aws_iam_policy_document.xxx

• from source_json to source_policy_documents
• from override_json to override_policy_documents

I still don't understand the actual usage of this module. We should be able to achieve the same result using a simple merge function. Why aren't we thinking about that?
