Can't change default program to open media after setting

When the user encounters a media type that Kylo doesn't associate with a player yet, they are presented with a selection window. The window says that the user can change the default program in settings, but that setting doesn't exist.

Need to skin the XUL application settings page and incorporate into Kylo.

ok this is quiet an important thing to have as we would like to be able to change the settings of what file type works with
what player in KYLO whicxh makes it more multi user friendly
