Notification Button Layout on Lockscreen Does Not Respect App Notifications Setting

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. In the NewPipe app, go to settings > notifications > player notification.
2. Set the button layout to rewind and fast forward.
3. Play a video or audio and lock the screen.
4. Try to fast forward or rewind from the lockscreen.

Expected behavior

Pressing |< should rewind and >| should fast forward.

Actual behavior

it uses the default behavior Previous and Next (instead of Rewind and Fast forward).
