I'm having an absolute nightmare getting PHP 8.2 to install in my WSL so I'm just going to trust that this is fine since the tests pass |

I've updated the dependencies to work with laravel 10.
Because the illuminate/collections v10 package does not support PHP8.0 anymore, i've dropped it and added 8.2.
So i also added a v5 to the readme because of the removal of the version.
I'm not sure where psr/log is used (would be nice to know), so i could not test the jump from 1.4 to 3.0.
At the moment everything else seems to work just fine.
