Table formatting not proper in ITERM

an extra column is added when running from ITERM, however it works fine from terminal

1. run the example code in ITERM

From what I can tell this is an issue with how iterm handles escape sequences, but not a problem with how tty-table renders. Perhaps report this issue to the iterm maintainers. Closing accordingly.
