Digiterm usually refuses to close when you hit ESC

You typically have to hold down ESC for a few seconds till it closes.

The digiterm mod is abandoned with no forks; we should probably spin it off into our own thing since the digiterm/secure-digiterm distinction is not relevant.

It's going to need a bit more work to get it to send the information we need (open/close sessions, send player info, etc) but it's a lot closer to what we need than digiterm.
