New Feature Request: Ability to rerun github deployment tests

In order to rerun tests related to deployment, the contributor needs to add a new commit to trigger the tests to rerun.

Perhaps we can add a way for a keyword to be typed in the GitHub pr that triggers the test to rerun.

Seems like GitHub actions might be useful for this.
