Update examples to latest version of SpecFlow and use best practices

They are completely outdated and don't use best practices in writing scenarios and steps.

Todo for Bookshops:

• Upgrade to VS 2017
• Update packages
• use driver pattern for bindings
• use page object pattern for selenium ui tests
• use MSBuild integration for generating code- behind files (see http://specflow.org/documentation/Generate-Tests-from-MsBuild/)
• use fluentassertations (http://fluentassertions.com/) or shoudly (https://github.com/shouldly/shouldly) for assertations

Todo for Bowling kata:

• Upgrade to VS 2017
• remove SilverLight, WP7 projects
• use NuGet packages
• Update packages
• use driver pattern for bindings
• use MSBuild integration for generating code- behind files (see http://specflow.org/documentation/Generate-Tests-from-MsBuild/)
