In recent technology trend, decentralized networks which have heavy emphasis on identity protection and anonymity are much welcomed. However, the majority of those networks focuses on cryptocurrency and have only a few, if not none, successful applications on our day-to-day work. Aside for cryptocurrency, data transfer network could gain additional security in applying decentralized network. There are several issues hindering these usage:
Entrance barrier is high for -
a. - service users
b. - service provider
Non-recovery -
a. - of data
b. - of network
If we can take the idea of decentralized network and compromise on few unnecessary security features, it could have gain larger practical usage. Solutions can be a semi-decentralized system utilizing mesh network structure, with the following features:
Recovery of data
Fast replication of network if exposed
Quick setup for system admins
Easy approach to both users and admins
Network verification only by consensus of admins (as compared to consensus of whole network in blockchain)
