If $border_style uses index 'all' but the value is empty this gives a Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type int.

Most likely related to, or duplicate, of #167

A PR containing a fix has been created but not merged: #168

Edit:

I just noticed this little statement in the README.md:

IMPORTANT

A new version of this library is under development at https://github.com/tecnickcom/tc-lib-pdf and as a consequence this version will not receive any additional development or support. This version should be considered obsolete, new projects should use the new version as soon it will become stable.

Guess we're screwed.
