Change PHPUnit require to

  • 4.8.35 to have the forward compatibility feature (used with PHP < 5.6)
  • 5.7 to have the forward compatibility feature (used with PHP 5.6)
  • 6.0 which is the latest (used with PHP 7+)

Clean deprecated method usage (setExpectedException)

Add 7.1 to travis matric
