Installation

To install the firmware you need a SD card which has been most likely supplied with your display. Copy the firmware file for your display (which is located in the binaries/ folder) onto the SD card and insert it into your display. After power cycling, the firmware-flash screen should popup and disappear automatically.

Once the display has rebooted you should see the firmware version on top center of your screen and an info text below, that says "ST7920Emulator ready". This text disappears once the display gets initialized by the 3D printer.

You might need to restart your 3D printer to get the display initialized by the printer.
