/tests/multihost/complete checks topology files and environment variables exists, and that some basic topology bits - guest names and roles - are set. We don't have a test that would check the rest of structure, and we don't have a test that would be called for various plugins (PROVISION_METHODS) to let us check plugin-dependant information (see #2402).
