TEIIDTOOLS-477 Improvements to application workflow

This PR simplifies the application workflow for editing of dataservices and views.

• The 'View Summary' page and associated view cards have been removed. Now, editing a dataservice routes the user directly to the editor.
• The header portion of the editor now displays all of the dataservice views. The user can choose a view to edit in the editor header.
• Ability to clear / re-init layout were needed in the Canvas to facilitate switching of views
• 'New View' and 'New Virtualization' dialogs were added. New View is used in the editor. New Virtualization is used on the dataservice summary page.
• Other minor changes to remove unused functions and fix tslint errors
