A user might send a /libreddit command that is replying to a message that uses reddit.com domain. The bot should output the same link, but convert reddit.com into libreddit.teknologiumum.com. Should fail (do nothing or send a message) if the link is not a proper reddit.com URL. This should includes old.reddit.com links.
