The dialog's k-content get the style display: none because of a rule for .k-tabstrip .k-content. It probably occurs when setting [keepTabContent]="true" on the kendo-tabstrip.

Thanks for reporting this! It seems that the tab styles need to be scoped. We'll resolve it shortly.
