offline detection is not working healthy

it seems like navigator.onLine has limited coverage for network problems. It cannot detect a no connection status automatically without clicking a link or navigating to a page or trying to send a request.

So currently we have a very simple handling which is almost nothing. But at least, we have the necessary components and functions implemented. I'll need to change the machinery part.
