How can I make my bot send an image using a command?

I don't understand much how to use send_photo and it always gives me an error

I want to send an image from an assets folder through a command using send_photo

Can you please update your post with the code you are using and the error you are getting? It's somewhat hard to guess what's going wrong, without knowing what you are doing and the error.

src folder usually only have source files, only the code. assets are usually placed outside of it.

I moved my assets folder to the root of my project, the command now looks like this:

Command::Image => {
bot.send_photo(msg.chat.id, InputFile::file("../assets/img/comprobar.png)).await?; // ("comprobar.png" It's the name of my image)
}

But it keeps giving me the same error

I think the path is still wrong though? . will either be at the root of your project, or in the target/release|target/debug directory. So you either need just ./assets or ../../assets, or just simply a full path.

Now it works! I just had to do it like this:

Command::Image => {
bot.send_photo(msg.chat.id, InputFile::file("./assets/IMG/comprobar.png")).await?;
}

Thank you very much for the help, I had been researching for weeks, reading the Telegram documentation and asking in some Telegram groups that are in my language (my native language is Spanish 😅)
