Program that converts videos or video streams to the h265 encoding format using FFmpeg.
The CRF for Constant Rate Factor affects the video quality. The value varies between 0 and 51, where 0 is no quality loss, when 51 is the worst possible quality loss. For x265, 28 is default quality, when x264 is 23. At present, the program does not use the preset option to determine compression efficiency. Default is medium.
