Same as in Marlin firmware bug

MarlinFirmware/Marlin#1069

But the fix is in place. Is someone else is affected with this ?

Auto_tune bed or hotend does not activate the fan that I have on my motherboard. Is ready with CONTROLLER_FAN. I think auto_tune_bed_hotend should enable CONTROLLER_FAN always.
Extruder cooling fans if properly activated with auto tune hotend
