README: update Linaro CI links

We have two CI jobs now:

• Tensorflow stable (1.15.x and 2.x)
• Tensorflow nightly (git master HEAD)

Builds are done on CentOS 8 (Python 3.6) and Debian 'buster' (Python 3.7).
