Changes:
- Sunset of bintray :(
- Return processed command result from kick and auth callbacks. Check userId presence in uth confirmation command. If we have any connected event subs, don't confirm auth instantly.
- text-filter module for parsing server logs.
- Additional payload was add to CMD_CONNECT_R and CMD_CONNECT.
- Resolve dns name after reconnect.
- Skip packets for non-existent peer.
