it would be nice to have a simple z probe which allows for probing Z and setting it in G54.

Tool length probing needs quite a bit of work, see issue #32.

This is moot based on my ignorance of G92. Perhaps calling it G92 is confusing to others but I realize now it works for the current work coordinates.
