You mean the header? It's a Vim plugin I wrote called 'headup.vim', which you can find in the VimConfig repository. If you're a Vim user, you can set up a similar thing yourself, or use mine, but of course use your own information. I've not written a PERL or shell program for it, because it wouldn't make sense for my workflow.
